A Bit About Me
My name is Saad Adnan — I'm a visual artist from Mymensingh, Bangladesh, now based in Dhaka.
I hold an MFA and BFA in Drawing & Painting from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, and my work has shown in group and international exhibitions since 2016.
Alongside my fine art practice, I've spent the past several years working as a graphic designer and illustrator — designing book covers, illustrations, and visual campaigns for publishers, government cultural programs, and NGOs across Bangladesh.
That dual life shapes how I make things. The same hand that paints a watercolour landscape also designs a book cover or builds a digital illustration, and I move between traditional and digital media depending on what an idea actually needs — which is why you'll find sketches and oil studies here next to digital paintings and conceptual pieces.
